Main Responsibilities

• Serve as an accessible role model promoting teamwork and maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Coordinate with day management or supervisors to implement layout changes correctly.
• Set exemplary standards in product rotation, merchandising, and shelf presentation.
• Participate in the onboarding, training, and development processes of new staff members.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and according to store policies.
• Adopt and support innovative initiatives and new methodologies within the store.
