About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Facility Manager with 14-15 years of experience, preferably in real estate, based in Fort/CST, Mumbai. The candidate should be a male and able to join immediately. The working schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The monthly salary ranges between 60,000 and 70,000 INR.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture internal and external professional business relationships effectively.
- Manage ISMS implementation and carry out ISO audits with significant exposure.
- Oversee facility management operations, including environmental and security measures, safety and firefighting, contract management, crisis and emergency handling.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure maintenance and upkeep of the establishment.
- Employ strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Handle forecasting, budgeting, resource distribution, and consumption for operational efficiency.
- Implement and update policies and procedures to maintain decorum and discipline.
- Manage administrative functions such as office equipment maintenance, transport, housekeeping, and stationery record keeping.
- Source and maintain relationships with cost-effective and reliable vendors and suppliers for procurement needs.
- Supervise security operations including visitor entry and exit regulation.
- Develop budgets and annual plans aligned with organizational requirements for effective facility management.
- Negotiate with service providers to ensure cost-effective and seamless facility operations.
- Identify employee training needs to improve operational efficiency.
