About the role
Celsius Holdings is looking for a Field Territory Manager to support its New York market. The position is field-based and requires working from the assigned territory in New York, New York. It is a full-time driving role, so a valid U.S. driver's license and successful completion of an MVR screening are required.

Key responsibilities
- Strengthen Celsius execution in retail by improving SKU coverage, shelf presence, displays, and promotional activity.
- Carry out the brand plan across stores within the assigned territory.
- Complete account reviews, identify growth opportunities, and share findings through CRM tools.
- Work closely with distributor partners through route rides, blitz visits, and key account calls.
- Assist with regional sales programs as assigned by the District or Regional Sales Manager.
- Join weekly sales meetings to assess results and define priorities.
- Track, meet, and report on daily, weekly, and quarterly performance targets.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in consumer goods sales, ideally in beverages, distributor sales, or a similar field.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to pass an MVR check.
- Strong commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Comfort with frequent in-person customer interaction throughout the day.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present information and engage large groups of peers.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and field sales reporting systems.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary for this role is $60,000 to $65,000 per year, plus incentives. Additional compensation may include bonuses and Restricted Stock Units, subject to company plans. The position is part of a total rewards package.
