Job Summary

The role of Finance Executive is based in Andheri West, Mumbai, seeking a meticulous and proactive professional to oversee daily financial operations, bank interactions, and audit support. The position demands strong accounting knowledge, banking procedures expertise, statutory compliance awareness, and capability in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage routine accounting and financial activities efficiently.
• Engage with banks regarding account handling, fund transfers, and documentation including bank guarantees and letters of credit.
• Prepare and maintain accurate bank reconciliation statements.
• Assist with cash flow management and fund planning efforts.
• Coordinate and support statutory audits on quarterly, semi-annual, and annual schedules.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and other consultants.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of audit documentation and schedules.
• Maintain organized accounting records and related financial documents.
• Process payments to vendors and monitor receivables and payables effectively.
• Generate MIS reports along with financial and management statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax norms, and other statutory regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for financial documentation and approvals.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist the Finance Manager with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Sound knowledge of banking operations and financial documentation.
• Experience in managing statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Sectors

Experience or interest in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate, or EPC industries is desirable.

Eligibility

Candidates with B.B.A. or B.M.S. degrees specializing in Finance are eligible to apply.
