Job Responsibilities

• Accurately verify and process invoices from vendors ensuring compliance.
• Support and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial account closures.
• Assist in the preparation, oversight, and detailed analysis of the annual budgeting process.
• Compile and distribute Management Information System (MIS) reports for the plant and management team.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting tasks including capitalization, depreciation, and asset verification.
• Provide assistance with Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) operations and account reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory transactions, perform reconciliations, and maintain controls over inventory.
• Participate actively in vendor negotiations to optimize costs and terms.
• Address queries from internal and external audits promptly and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Ensure strict compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and statutory financial regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), MBA, or be a CMA Inter qualified.
• Have 4 to 6 years of professional experience in manufacturing or plant finance, preferably within an SAP environment.
