Job Responsibilities
- Accurately verify and process invoices from vendors ensuring compliance.
- Support and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial account closures.
- Assist in the preparation, oversight, and detailed analysis of the annual budgeting process.
- Compile and distribute Management Information System (MIS) reports for the plant and management team.
- Oversee fixed asset accounting tasks including capitalization, depreciation, and asset verification.
- Provide assistance with Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) operations and account reconciliations.
- Monitor inventory transactions, perform reconciliations, and maintain controls over inventory.
- Participate actively in vendor negotiations to optimize costs and terms.
- Address queries from internal and external audits promptly and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and statutory financial regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), MBA, or be a CMA Inter qualified.
- Have 4 to 6 years of professional experience in manufacturing or plant finance, preferably within an SAP environment.
