Job Overview

We are looking for a diligent Fleet Coordinator Assistant to join our Riyadh team, tasked with managing vehicle maintenance requests, handling fleet-related communications, tracking vehicle usage, and evaluating performance metrics. The ideal candidate should uphold high professional standards throughout their work.

Primary Duties

Receive and process maintenance requests for fleet vehicles.
Manage all correspondence related to the fleet operations.
Coordinate and communicate with leasing companies and maintenance personnel.
Monitor the fleet vehicles and assess their operational performance.

Qualifications

Possess a diploma or higher qualification in Automotive Engineering or Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Preferably recent graduates.

Skill Requirements

Strong command of English language.
Competency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to accommodate flexible working hours.
