Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer role involves end-to-end troubleshooting and resolution of software issues related to configuration, integration, and performance. The successful candidate will enhance software reliability by identifying bugs and improving application settings while collaborating closely with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough troubleshooting to identify and resolve software configuration, integration, and performance problems.
• Analyze and fix coding errors promptly to maintain smooth application functioning.
• Review application configurations regularly and make adjustments to optimize performance and ensure compatibility.
• Assist in resolving challenges encountered during system and platform integrations.
• Provide effective technical assistance and support to customers to address their concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation related to problems encountered, their solutions, and recommended best practices.
• Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and support teams to guarantee seamless operation of software applications.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Between three to five years of relevant professional experience in software development.
• Demonstrated expertise in software development processes and bug resolution.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues.
• Knowledge of software configuration management and familiarity with performance monitoring tools.
• Experience working with technologies and platforms including Node.js, React, Kafka, Keycloak, MQTT, Microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, MongoDB, and IBM MQ.
• Willingness to be available for 24/7 standby duty, including overtime and shift work as required.
• Ability to operate effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Additional Information

This position is available only to Singapore Citizens. The role is contract-based and requires onsite presence at the North East Community Development Council, Singapore.
