Full Stack .Net Developer

About the Role

This position is for a Technical Lead focused on full-stack development for B2B cloud-based web products. The work environment involves building and maintaining connected wealth-management solutions using Angular, .NET, Windows, AWS, Node.js, SQL Server, DynamoDB, and GitLab for source control and CI/CD.

What You Will Do

• Design and deliver new customer-facing features end to end.
• Build functionality from the ground up and modernize existing codebases where needed.
• Review technical designs and code, while promoting secure development practices.
• Guide architecture decisions and track development changes through completion.
• Support releases all the way into a live production environment.
• Translate user needs into complete full-stack solutions using TypeScript and Angular.
• Create application services and overall system architecture for assigned projects.
• Raise code quality through best practices, peer review, and security scanning.
• Work closely with Agile teams to design, develop, test, deploy, and support solutions.
• Partner with product and design teams to convert business needs into workable technical outcomes.
• Keep applications functioning during maintenance and testing phases.
• Troubleshoot client issues, resolve defects, and improve stability.
• Prepare documentation for systems and applications to support future maintenance and enhancements.
• Handle complex problems and deliver work within deadlines.
• Keep up with new technologies, explore emerging tools, and take part in technical communities.
• Mentor and support other engineering team members.

Required Experience and Technical Background

• 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software development and software design.
• Experience leading and mentoring Agile development teams.
• Strong history of delivering projects successfully on time.
• Exposure to the full software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methods.
• Ability to design extensible and reusable software that meets architecture and security expectations.
• Working knowledge of Angular 19+, .NET, Node.js, REST APIs, microservices, and GitLab-based repository and CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with Cursor/Claude tools.
• Preferred: experience with automated testing using Jasmine and Karma.
• Preferred: scripting experience with PowerShell.
