The team, known as 'Technical Philosophers,' works together across hardware, AI/ML, neuroscience, design, and philosophy of mind to innovate human–machine interactions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a graphic designer to define and lead the entire visual identity for our brand—from core brand elements to digital platforms where people first engage with our work. This role requires ownership over the visual language and a creative mindset that transcends specific tools or output surfaces to evoke a distinct, meaningful experience.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Develop and refine systems of typography, layout, and brand identity.
• Transform cultural nuances of the brand into effective designs across web, print, motion graphics, and social media platforms.
• Build and implement designs directly using frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and preferably React, and possess backend familiarity to support development workflows.
• Exercise design restraint to create subtle, purposeful, and confident visuals that are not driven by trends or loud styles.
• Incorporate 3D asset creation and motion design skills.
• Design across diverse mediums including website interfaces, event materials, packaging, and editorial layouts.

Preferred Experience and Interests

• An affinity for brain-computer interfaces, philosophy of mind, or the innovative concept of 'technical couture.'
• Professional background in design studios, luxury or fashion brands, or consumer companies with a strong focus on taste and aesthetics.
