Role Overview

The Growth & Content Executive position is a full-time, on-site role based in Nottingham. The role involves communicating the product's value, educating the market, and growing the audience through content creation and campaign support. This role focuses on translating intricate AI concepts into clear, practical messages for business leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and edit both long-form and short-form video content.
• Manage and grow presence on YouTube and LinkedIn channels.
• Develop creative assets such as advertisements, social media posts, landing page copy, and multiple campaign variants.
• Support marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Promote company workshops, product launches, and customer success stories.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate concise weekly reports.
• Experiment with messaging strategies and optimize them using data insights.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in video editing with demonstrable independent creative projects.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Effective organizational capabilities.
• Interest in business trends and artificial intelligence.
• Open mindset with eagerness to test ideas and learn rapidly.

Desirable but not mandatory: Experience with paid advertising platforms, basic skills in Canva, Figma or Adobe tools, comfort on camera, and familiarity with analytics or social media management.
