Role Overview

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining Drifter’s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities include managing the housekeeping team’s daily tasks, ensuring rooms and communal areas are immaculate and welcoming, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. You will coordinate schedules and timesheets, collaborate across departments, handle guest communication for seamless experiences, and manage maintenance reporting and unexpected issues promptly.
