Role Overview

As an HR Executive at Metafin Finance Cleantech, you will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and fostering employee engagement through team activities. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee digital onboarding processes, conduct document verification, and manage exit formalities efficiently.
• Keep precise and updated records of employee information in the database.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and assist in resolving issues promptly.
• Organize and coordinate team-building events and employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications and Eligibility

• Graduation in B.C.A., B.Com, B.B.A., or B.M.S. in any specialization.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data maintenance.
• Effective people management and problem-solving skills.
