Position Overview

FR8 Logistics is seeking an HR Recruiter who will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless hiring and onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from analyzing job requirements to onboarding new employees.
• Identify potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
• Conduct resume screening and coordinate telephonic or virtual interviews, facilitating next steps with hiring managers for final rounds.
• Keep the candidate database current and well-organized.
• Maintain prompt and clear communication with both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with applicants and internal team members.
