Role Overview
We seek a curious, technically skilled, and analytical HRIS Administrator to manage, enhance, and expand our HR technology platforms. The successful candidate will serve as a pivotal connector between HR and back-office teams such as Finance, IT, InfoSec, and Compliance, ensuring our HRIS remains accurate and reliable.
The person in this role will drive data analytics by crafting reports and dashboards while safeguarding our data quality. Ideal candidates are problem solvers with a consultative approach, capable of building automated workflows and collaborating across teams to simplify processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of HRIS daily.
- Collaborate on reviewing and streamlining HR business processes to improve the workforce experience.
- Promptly resolve system issues, analyze root causes, and support implementing lasting solutions.
- Develop and maintain clear and accessible documentation and training materials for HR and other users.
- Create and sustain custom reports and dashboards that provide timely and accurate insights to stakeholders.
- Oversee regular data audits ensuring consistency and cleanliness across HR data.
- Manage data access controls, perform access reviews to ensure proper permissions.
- Support HR compliance efforts related to data entry, governance, and audits.
- Monitor system integrations continuously, diagnosing and fixing failures or mismatches.
- Optionally, use automation tools like Workato or APIs to develop and maintain data pipelines between systems.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working hands-on with major HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, BambooHR, or Rippling, including system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and report/dashboard creation within HRIS systems.
- Basic understanding of HR, Payroll, and Compliance processes.
- Familiarity with global compliance standards impacting HR systems, including GDPR and payroll regulations.
- Experience monitoring or working with system integrations; bonus for building integrations using APIs or platforms like Workato.

Compensation
The annual base salary range is $70,000 to $90,000, complemented by an annual target bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Salary within this range depends on various factors including experience, skills, and location.
