Restaurant Brands is embarking on an exciting new phase following organizational restructuring, fresh investment, and key leadership appointments including a new Chief of People, HR Director, and HR Operations Manager. Role Overview
We are searching for an experienced HR professional, either a seasoned specialist in employee relations or an HR Advisor eager to expand into broad business partnership. As an HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted consultant to Restaurant and Area Managers, providing pragmatic HR leadership in a fast-moving, multi-location environment. This role is pivotal in resolving employment issues, enabling leaders to make confident decisions, and fostering a positive, high-achievement culture in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective HR support across multiple sites.
- Advise and mentor leaders on employee relations, performance, and workplace concerns.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and organizational changes impartially and consistently.
- Assist in implementing and refining HR policies and practices.
- Partner with management to enhance engagement, cultural alignment, and organizational performance.
- Deliver training and support to build managerial HR capabilities.
Candidate Profile
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Sound judgement in handling complex employee relations issues.
- Experience collaborating with unions.
- Proficient use of HR information systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Willingness to travel for field support, including occasional evening and weekend work.
