Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

Overview

We are looking for a competent and proactive IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of our enterprise-level IT infrastructure. This position is crucial in ensuring the infrastructure's availability, security, performance, and scalability across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid platforms that support a continuous 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the operation, upkeep, supervision, and enhancement of enterprise IT infrastructure including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid systems.
• Guarantee that infrastructure services are highly available, reliable, scalable, and resilient to support business needs.
• Develop and uphold operational standards, procedures, and service-level objectives to ensure quality service delivery.
• Lead and nurture a diverse team of infrastructure engineers, system administrators, network engineers, database administrators, and IT technicians through mentoring, coaching, workload management, and skill development.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the infrastructure team.
• Manage core infrastructure components such as servers, virtualization, storage systems, networks, cloud solutions, databases, identity and access controls, endpoints, backups, and disaster recovery functions.
• Enhance infrastructure security by managing patches, vulnerability remediation, system hardening, identity and access management, and network security controls.
• Ensure secure IT/Operational Technology (OT) network segmentation and connectivity within manufacturing facilities.
• Oversee incident response, root cause analyses, problem resolution, and change management processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans, conducting routine tests and validations.
• Implement proactive monitoring, alert systems, automation, and capacity management to reduce operational downtime.
• Formulate and execute strategic infrastructure roadmaps that support business goals and manufacturing requirements, including modernization, cloud adoption, and automation initiatives.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, licensing, hardware lifecycle, and service support contracts related to infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, cybersecurity policies, applicable regulations, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of advancing experience in IT infrastructure, systems and network engineering, cloud operations, or similar technical areas.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity overseeing teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-class on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments including Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, networking, storage, databases, backup, and disaster recovery systems.
• Well-versed in enterprise networking, information security, IT/OT segregation, business continuity planning, infrastructure monitoring, automation, and high availability environments.
• Proficient in infrastructure planning, capacity management, vendor negotiations, budgeting, and governance frameworks.
• Experience in supporting critical 24/7 manufacturing environments preferred; semiconductor manufacturing and familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and industrial/OT settings is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, AWS, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or Nutanix are favorable.
