Role overview
An American retail company that operates four well-known brands is hiring an Instructional Designer for a fully remote assignment.
Engagement details
This is a 1-month W2 contract, with a possibility of extension depending on business needs.
Key work
- Refresh existing eLearning content so it aligns with UKG’s updated interface.
- Revise instructional assets such as screenshots, videos, and related learning materials.
- Keep the training content accurate, engaging, and visually consistent throughout.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to review and release updated training modules.
Required background
- At least 3 years of experience in instructional design.
- Prior exposure to creating or revising training for enterprise software, ideally UKG (Kronos), payroll, HRIS, or workforce management tools.
- Practical experience with Articulate 360, or alternatively Adobe Captivate.
- Experience using Synthesia for building or updating training videos.
- Strong eye for detail and the ability to juggle several content updates in a fast-moving setting.
- Well-developed communication, coordination, and project management skills.
