This role involves serving as a technical expert accountable for the planning, management, coordination, and detailed documentation of intricate planning and environmental studies. The scope encompasses support for Civil Works and Military Programs projects. Throughout the complete lifecycle of various projects, the incumbent offers professional expertise and leads comprehensive evaluations addressing environmental, cultural, social, economic, and natural resource factors related to major water resource initiatives, military construction efforts, and natural resource management activities.
