About the Role

FT Cash is expanding its fintech operations and is seeking an Internal Audit Executive to join the team at the Mumbai (Andheri) office. This role suits candidates with 2 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably within the payment gateway industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive internal audits focused on payment processing, financial settlements, and transaction reconciliations.
• Evaluate internal control systems ensuring they align with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations and internal company policies.
• Detect operational inefficiencies and risks, proposing relevant remedial measures to enhance processes.
• Compile detailed audit findings into reports and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, both internal and external.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience conducting internal audits in the payment gateway domain.
• Extensive understanding of financial settlements, reconciliation procedures, chargeback mechanisms, and risk and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical capabilities, proficient reporting skills, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
