Role overview

Lambent is seeking a part-time remote interviewer and writer to evaluate candidates for personal and executive assistant roles and turn those conversations into clear, client-ready candidate profiles. The work supports an agency serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and CEOs, where personality, judgment, and interpersonal fit matter as much as traditional qualifications.

What the role involves

You will speak with applicants, assess what sets them apart, and write concise descriptions that help clients choose the strongest match for their needs. The position is best suited to someone who enjoys understanding people, can identify subtle differences in character and working style, and can express those observations well in writing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out interviews with assistant candidates
• Draft written profiles and summaries of applicants for client review
• Arrange Zoom interview appointments
• Handle communication with clients as needed
• Handle communication with candidates as needed
• Choose which candidates should move forward to interview

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a competitive U.S. college
• At least 5 years of work experience
• Proven experience in writing and/or editing
• Polished and confident manner in one-to-one conversations
• Strong judgment and decision-making ability
• Authentic interest in people, including what motivates them and how they differ from one another
• Ability to understand basic workplace skills and expectations
• Familiarity with high-net-worth settings, both social and business, is preferred
• Background in personality theory can be helpful but is not required

Compensation

The role pays $50 per hour and typically involves 15 to 30 hours per week, with weekly hours varying.
