About the Role

We are searching for a skilled Inventory Controller to join a prominent FMCG warehouse facility located in Smithfield, NSW. This position offers full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, with a casual hourly pay rate of $37.50. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the precision of inventory records and maintain stock consistency.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found in inventory.
• Generate detailed inventory reports and communicate results effectively.
• Work alongside warehouse personnel to enhance inventory accuracy and streamline procedures.
• Identify concerns and devise practical solutions.
• Contribute to the efficient day-to-day functioning of the warehouse.

Requirements

• Previous inventory control experience in FMCG or food warehouse settings.
• Exposure to fast-paced warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Confident communicator able to engage with warehouse staff and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

• High attention to detail and dedication to inventory accuracy.
