IT Support Technician (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician (m/f/d) eager to keep our customers’ IT operations running smoothly and provide prompt, practical assistance to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd level support both onsite and remotely
• Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues
• Set up Windows clients, notebooks, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Assist with rollouts and IT project activities
• Maintain ticketing systems, inventory, and documentation
• Provide basic network support, including switches and patch panels

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed training or relevant experience in IT; entry-level candidates with completed training are welcome
• Proficient knowledge of Windows 10/11/Server and Microsoft 365 fundamentals
• Experience working with ticketing systems
• Friendly demeanor, enthusiasm for support, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Beneficial but not required: experience with Intune/Autopilot and basic IT security and endpoint protection knowledge
