Overview
We are seeking a Junior Backend Developer to contribute to the creation and maintenance of backend infrastructure, including database management and ensuring efficient server-side processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs for application functionality.
- Produce clean, reliable, and sustainable code adhering to industry best practices.
- Support database schema design and optimize queries for performance.
- Engage in code reviews and collaborate in regular team meetings.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix backend-related technical problems.
Required Qualifications
- Up to 2 years experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL concepts.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Holder of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline.
