Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter for our North Dublin branch. This full-time role requires commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order in a busy kitchen setting while supporting the kitchen staff with various duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas.
• Manage the wash-up section, ensuring all crockery, cutlery, kitchenware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored.
• Receive, inspect, and store deliveries correctly.
• Keep all storage spaces clean, organized, and safe.
• Separate waste and recyclables following company policies.
• Maintain waste management documentation and ensure compliance with related regulations.
• Assist the kitchen team with general tasks as needed.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong focus on detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and diligent approach to work.
• Previous experience in a similar kitchen role is beneficial but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday.
