About the Role

Marina Bay Sands is looking for a professional limousine driver to deliver polished guest transport services that reflect the property’s luxury standards and service culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out limousine driving duties in line with the company’s standard operating procedures.
  • Deliver service that matches the property’s brand values and core guest service standards.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes early for every assigned trip.
  • Handle meet-and-greet duties using iPad signage for arrivals and departures when needed.
  • Coordinate with the outsourced vendor for guest pick-up on arrival and guest handover on departure.
  • Stay well informed about hotel facilities, services, nearby attractions, and local activities so guest questions can be answered accurately.
  • Keep guest safety as a priority throughout every journey.
  • Provide a comfortable, smooth, and pleasant travel experience.
  • Use the shortest and fastest route unless a guest requests an alternative.
  • Operate GPS navigation systems to determine destinations and routes.
  • Offer attentive, high-end service that supports guest satisfaction.
  • Make sure in-vehicle amenities such as drinking water, wet towels, and newspapers are stocked.
  • Accommodate special guest requests, including preferred air-conditioning settings, music, and similar needs.

Requirements

  • Secondary education is preferred.
  • Must hold a valid Class 3 driving licence.
  • A valid Private Hire Vocational Driving Licence or Singapore Taxi Vocational Licence is an advantage.
  • A defensive driving certificate would be useful.
  • Must provide copies of both the front and back of the valid Singapore driving licence.
  • Must submit the latest Driver Improvement Point System record.
  • Transportation operations experience is preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality or service environments will be an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
  • Should be service-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Must know Singapore roads, hotel areas, points of interest, entertainment and dining outlets, residential areas, and airport/ferry terminals.
