Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated LMS Manager to supervise the comprehensive management of our company-wide Learning Management System (Workday Learning). This role is responsible for the configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and reporting for various training and compliance programs, including safety and legal requirements. The LMS Manager also supports newer initiatives such as diversity and inclusion education, onboarding, new hire orientation, and college partnership programs within the LMS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the LMS team and partner roles, fostering professional growth through coaching and assessment.
- Act as the central liaison for internal stakeholders across properties, regional teams, and corporate offices, ensuring clear and effective communication about LMS needs and strategies.
- Function as the LMS superuser, maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), deliverables, and learning analytics.
- Oversee compliance training encompassing legal, gaming, safety, and security requirements for the company.
- Manage the LMS setup and maintenance for enterprise-wide compliance, including deployment and troubleshooting efforts.
- Utilize LMS data analytics to build dashboards that help leaders track compliance, skill development, and performance gaps.
- Monitor key metrics and return on investment related to training initiatives and provide leadership with analytical reports.
- Evaluate processes annually to recommend improvements enhancing service levels and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with content creators, property leaders, and Centers of Excellence to ensure timely training launches and reporting accuracy.
- Partner with HCMS teams and corporate leaders to craft customized learning solutions for diverse needs.
- Support properties with targeted assignments focused on mandatory training requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of two years’ experience managing Learning Management Systems or working with HR Information Systems.

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,200 to $90,900 annually. This figure is a good faith estimate based on standard market parameters and location factors. In addition to base pay, the role qualifies for participation in the company’s incentive plan and other employee benefit programs such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plans. Eligibility for these benefits varies by location, employment status, and union affiliation.
