Mechanical Design Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to create and refine mechanical components and systems for our products while ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety regulations. You will play a key role in modeling designs, supporting product enhancements, and validating design functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings utilizing CAD software, specifically SolidWorks.
• Participate in design evaluations, oversee engineering revisions, and contribute to ongoing product development efforts.
• Conduct engineering analyses to confirm the robustness, strength, and functionality of mechanical designs.
• Lead and assist testing procedures, including functional, performance, and environmental assessments.
• Utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) methods to evaluate stress, deformation, and overall structural integrity (preferred).

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Prior experience in mechanical design and product development is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and mechanical design tasks.
• Familiarity or practical experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software is beneficial.
• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals, material properties, and manufacturing techniques.
