Role Overview
As an MOT Tester, you will play an essential role in verifying vehicle safety and roadworthiness, working within a competent, driven team in a vibrant environment. You will gain exposure to numerous car makes and models while staying updated with the latest in automotive technologies.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct MOT tests in compliance with DVSA standards
- Detect and report vehicle faults and failures accurately
- Maintain current knowledge of MOT testing regulations and best practices
- Document and record inspection findings precisely
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide sound technical advice
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Technician with at least Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance Certificate; Level 3 certification preferred
- Proven experience and proficiency in MOT testing roles
- Holds a DVSA Tester Certification
- Team-oriented and capable of working independently when necessary
- Possesses a full UK Driving Licence
- Detail-focused with a commitment to quality workmanship
