Role Overview

The Nursing Superintendent is responsible for maintaining excellent patient care, ensuring safety, and upholding service quality standards within the hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and promote superior patient care, safety protocols, and service excellence.
Enforce NABH standards and infection control procedures effectively.
Plan and conduct training sessions in coordination with doctors and the HR department.

Requirements
