Role Summary
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team remotely in the United States, with a primary focus on Revenue Cycle Management. This position involves collaborating across multiple departments—Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Account Management—to define critical business procedures. You will have complete ownership of operational execution, client onboarding, and business metric advancement, positioning you for significant growth and expanded responsibilities as you address challenges of our rapid scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate client expansion through operational improvements and launching new initiatives.
- Manage and optimize operational metrics such as process throughput and defect rates.
- Devote about 80% of efforts to account management and 20% to process enhancement and cross-functional projects.
- Direct daily account operations, handle escalations promptly, and identify opportunities for process optimization beyond immediate client requirements.
- Standardize and develop internal procedures, reporting, training, and documentation to support scaling the customer base by 5 to 10 times in the coming year.
- Ensure the timely and effective delivery of internal operations projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Billing, Launcher, Account Management, and other Operations teams.
- Design and implement scalable systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Deconstruct complex business problems and take full ownership of their resolution.
- Serve as primary contact for over a dozen accounts totaling more than $1 million in annual recurring revenue, maintaining strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Expect approximately 10-20% travel to support role requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations within a fast-moving SaaS technology company.
- Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement and enhancing client experiences.
- Demonstrated project management expertise, adept at coordinating multiple initiatives in dynamic settings.
- Highly inquisitive, persistent in uncovering the root of challenges, and effective at understanding client requests.
- Confident communicator capable of leading client discussions on complex or sensitive topics.
- Adept at autonomous work environments, skilled in prioritization, and identifying obstacles internally and externally.
- Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, self-driven with a solid history of accomplishments.
- Committed to aligning client needs with best practices to deliver exceptional customer value.
- Experienced collaborating cross-functionally amongst sales, operations, and engineering to meet client and company goals.
- Capable of documenting and developing best practices to improve onboarding and implementation processes continuously.
- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or previous start-up environments is advantageous.
Compensation and Additional Information
The compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000 annually.

Employees must adhere to organizational information security policies, which include protecting assets from unauthorized access or interference. Reporting of security risks is mandatory, and annual attestation of these policies is required.
This role requires about 10-20% travel and offers a fully remote working arrangement within the United States.
