About the Role

This position is published on behalf of Nava 1872 Pte Ltd (Clipper Tea) with facilitation support from the Singapore Business Federation's (SBF) JSIT WST initiative. Our member company is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Operations Manager to steer and enhance food & beverage (F&B) and retail operations effectively. The role is integral in directing outlet performance, meeting revenue objectives, and ensuring exceptional product quality and customer service through strategic leadership and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand F&B and retail operations across multiple locations in Singapore to fuel business growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate high-performing teams focused on attaining revenue goals, boosting operational productivity, and delivering superior customer experiences.
• Implement strategic initiatives and uphold operational standards to guarantee consistent product excellence, service quality, and long-term sustainable performance.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Between 3 to 5 years of experience managing F&B or multi-outlet retail operations with at least two operational sites.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English communication along with demonstrated expertise in profit & loss management, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Exemplary leadership capabilities enriched by emotional intelligence and effective interpersonal skills.
• Proven record of elevating commercial outcomes and driving operational enhancements.
• Highly organized, attentive to detail, system-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and tea, which are central to the business focus.
• A positive mindset with leadership characterized by leading through example and frontline involvement.
