Overview

Fastlink Consulting Private Limited is seeking a meticulous Payroll Expert to join their team in New Delhi on an onsite basis. The candidate will be responsible for comprehensive payroll management, statutory compliance adherence, and taxation functions in an HR/Payroll/Compliance/Taxation department.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end payroll processing ensuring high accuracy.
• Manage statutory compliance related to payroll and taxation.
• Maintain and ensure timely execution of payroll operations.
• Handle payroll reconciliations and salary structuring activities.
• Address and resolve payroll queries efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, HR, finance, or equivalent disciplines.
• Two to four years of practical experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in Indian payroll regulations, income tax (TDS), and compliance mandates.
• Strong working knowledge of payroll software such as greytHR and Zoho Payroll.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to safeguard confidential payroll information and work within strict deadlines.
