Role Overview

We are expanding our team by adding an experienced Performance Marketer specializing in Google and Meta advertising platforms. Your main responsibility will be to manage and optimize our clients’ digital advertising channels to help grow their businesses and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max (PMax) formats.
• Oversee the full cycle of Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, including managing and organizing clients’ Facebook pages for structural clarity and appealing visuals.
• Independently craft compelling ad copy and offers focused on driving conversions.
• Implement precise analytics and track events using GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager to measure each expenditure and its resulting ROI accurately.

Candidate Profile

• Proven hands-on experience with Google and Meta advertising platforms; must provide concrete results or compelling case studies.
• Strong copywriting ability preferred to effectively communicate with customers in their language and create attention-grabbing ads.
• Understands that the primary goal is not just to launch ads but to generate profitable outcomes for clients.
