Pharmacist

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to become a valued member of our team. This position involves accurately dispensing medications while providing comprehensive patient care and advice to optimize therapeutic results.

Primary Responsibilities

• Precisely dispense prescribed medications adhering to all legal, ethical, and professional regulations.
• Provide thorough medication counseling, answering patient inquiries related to treatments, side effects, and drug interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized medication plans tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor patient health progress and modify prescriptions accordingly in coordination with medical staff.
• Organize and lead training sessions for staff and patients focusing on medication safety and health promotion.
• Oversee pharmacy inventory management to maintain suitable stock levels and reduce waste.
• Keep updated with the latest advancements in medications and pharmacy practices to continually improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid pharmacist license for practice within the relevant state.
• Preferably at least three years of pharmaceutical experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmacotherapy and clinical protocols.
• Strong skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and customer service.
• Ability to function efficiently in collaborative team environments.
• Attention to detail with proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development and remaining knowledgeable in pharmacy innovations.
