Role Overview
Ananya Group of Schools is seeking a seasoned school leader to oversee academic quality, day-to-day functioning, staff development, and the institution’s overall progress. The position is based at Ananya International School in Lilapur and Zundal, Ahmedabad.
Employment Details
This is a full-time on-site role. The joining date will be decided by mutual agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide academic delivery and ensure the curriculum is implemented effectively.
- Manage school operations and administrative processes.
- Support and coach teachers and staff while keeping student welfare in focus.
- Foster positive engagement with parents and guardians.
- Contribute to admissions efforts and wider school growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree along with B.Ed. qualification, or an equivalent credential.
- At least 10 years of teaching experience.
- A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity such as Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Head, or School Administrator.
- Prior exposure to CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, or IB schools is an added advantage.
