About the Role
Join MADE New Zealand as a valued Process and Projects Engineer, playing a critical role within the Operations Leadership Team. This newly established position entails spearheading the identification, design, and execution of capital projects related to the internal supply chain, whilst ensuring the ongoing operational activities meet stringent quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project engineering initiatives along with services and process improvements.
- Oversee contractor management processes.
- Provide technical support and resolve operational challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Finance teams, and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, punctually, cost-effectively, and support business expansion goals.
Candidate Profile
- Degree holder in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments, preferably within food processing, dairy, beverage, or FMCG sectors.
- Track record of managing capital projects within active manufacturing settings.
- Strong familiarity with process machinery, utility systems, and production workflows.
- Competence in contractor coordination and vendor relationship management.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem resolution skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Deep understanding of quality assurance and safety regulations.
