Role Overview
This is an exceptional long-term contract opportunity with a leading financial services organization operating in Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC (hybrid). The company has a legacy of over 150 years and is committed to innovation in the digital era, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and financial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to collect, assess, and document comprehensive business requirements.
- Investigate enhancement requests, operational issues, and business processes to recommend improvements.
- Transform business demands into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
- Analyze defects to diagnose root causes aiding resolution processes.
- Review workflows and propose process enhancements.
- Support Agile product initiatives including backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Create and manage user stories within Agile frameworks and participate in scrum ceremonies.
- Coordinate testing efforts including User Acceptance Testing, ensuring alignment of delivered features to requirements.
- Track progress of testing, defect management, and facilitate communications among testers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Serve as a strategic liaison communicating project priorities, risks, and updates to all relevant parties.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years in roles such as Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or QA Analyst working within Agile environments.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including defect tracking and resolution.
- Proficient in writing effective user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum processes.
- Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing and backlog management.
- Excellent analytical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Contract Details
Contract duration is expected to be 12 months or longer, with a competitive benefits package.
