Production Supervisor

Job Overview

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the chosen candidate will play a vital role in overseeing production activities within the company, ensuring operational efficiency and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and promptly maintaining the daily attendance register.
• Inspecting machinery to confirm proper functionality and promptly report any malfunctions.
• Coordinating production operations and making sure daily targets are met across departments.
• Daily verification, control, and organization of materials and components to meet quality specifications.
• Managing overall production workflow for seamless operation.
• Submitting timely reports to supervisory authorities.
• Carrying out periodic stocktaking exercises.
• Collaborating with supervisors and engineers to maintain smooth production processes.
• Ensuring all assigned tasks are completed on time to comply with critical deadlines.
• Maintaining strict adherence to established quality standards.

Qualifications and Candidate Requirements

• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory capacity related to shoe manufacturing within the Leather/Canvas sector.
• Certificates or proof of service relevant to the shoe manufacturing industry will be considered a bonus.
