Program Manager - Enterprise SMB

About the Role

Jio Enterprise SMB is seeking ambitious Program Managers to contribute to the establishment and expansion of new business ventures across diverse sectors. This role goes beyond traditional strategy responsibilities, involving end-to-end business building from foundational stages including shaping operating plans, crafting go-to-market strategies, developing channel programs, and leading execution alongside cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on annual operating plans and spearhead growth strategies.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to specific segments and sales channels.
• Design channel programs and promote their adoption at the ground level.
• Establish scalable processes, systems, and operational routines.
• Drive business performance, focusing on revenue targets and profit-and-loss linked objectives for designated segments or verticals.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of professional experience in consulting, business strategy, growth initiatives, category management, or impactful program management roles.
• Possession of a top-tier MBA degree complemented by a strong engineering or technical undergraduate education.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a structured and problem-solving mindset.
• Proven capability to translate strategic plans into actionable execution with accountability for results.
• Adept at thriving in a dynamic, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial work environment.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
