Position Overview

The Program Supervisor at UCLA Extension plays a pivotal role in providing strategic, academic, and operational leadership for a designated set of academic programs and certificate offerings. Reporting directly to a Director, this position manages staff, promotes high standards of academic quality, and ensures operational effectiveness. It aligns program delivery with evolving workforce and community requirements and may act as an operational representative of the Director when designated. Collaboration across multiple departments—including Teaching & Learning, Marketing and Communications, Academic Advising and Student Success, and Enrollment Management—is essential to maintain consistent excellence throughout the instructor and student journey.
