Position Overview

We are looking to hire an experienced and proactive Project Administrator who will oversee the coordination, planning, and execution of rapid mobilization and power restoration projects. This role is essential for ensuring effective service delivery in restoring power swiftly and maintaining high-quality standards for our utility clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee management of reporting and administrative documentation related to projects
• Collect, enter, and validate project rosters accurately
• Utilize spreadsheets and various software applications for data processing
• Conduct reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Assist finance team with billing and invoicing processes
• Support with any additional tasks as required to facilitate project success

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred experience with billing and invoicing procedures
• Capable of effective teamwork and collaboration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data handling skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
