About the Role
Vrinda Global in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with over three years of background in project coordination, executive assistance, or program management. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth management of multiple projects and programs, supporting customer acquisition activities, and maintaining effective stakeholder communication.
Core Responsibilities
- Keep an up-to-date master overview of all active workflows, including owners, deadlines, interdependencies, and potential risks; promptly identify delays and work to resolve them.
- Collaborate across internal teams and external vendors/partners to align project delivery with established timelines and budget constraints.
- Support the operational management of the customer acquisition funnel by monitoring performance against set targets across different stages such as awareness, lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track important funnel metrics like lead volume, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and overall pipeline health; prepare succinct updates for the CTAIO and senior leadership.
- Act as a dependable point of contact between the CTAIO office and both internal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Manage confidential commercial and personal information carefully, adhering strictly to data protection laws such as PDPL and GDPR, as well as organizational security policies and data residency requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Over three years of relevant experience in project coordination, executive assistance, or program management roles.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple streams and manage dependencies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to draft professional correspondence and engage with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and secure handling of sensitive information.
