Project Manager - Digital Transformation & ERP Implementation

Overview

Protiviti India seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives with a focus on ERP implementation. This role demands a strong background in project governance, end-to-end delivery, and driving change across multiple sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, fintech, and telecom.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation projects, especially those involving ERP implementation.
• Oversee project governance and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment.
• Conduct business requirement gathering and develop detailed documentation such as BRD and FRD.
• Drive workflow automation and implement solutions like Material Master Management and Vendor Inventory Management.
• Manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors, manage user acceptance testing, and spearhead change management efforts.
• Prepare executive reports, perform risk management, and optimize processes to ensure project success.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of over 6 years of relevant project management experience.
• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) complemented with an MBA is mandatory.
• PMP certification is required.
• Proven expertise in SDLC, digital transformation, and business process improvement.
• Experience navigating large projects in manufacturing, healthcare, fintech, and telecom industries.

Additional Information

• Employment type is a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
• Role is location-specific to CSMT, Mumbai; only local candidates will be considered.
• Work mode is strictly on-site, Monday to Friday, with no remote or hybrid options.
