Role Overview

As part of our growth trajectory, we are looking for a Project Specialist with strong expertise in data analytics to drive the execution of strategic initiatives. Your role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and boosting business results through data-backed insights within our dynamic team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support multi-departmental projects aimed at business expansion and digital transformation by managing schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Perform data analysis and statistical modeling to generate insights that guide strategic planning and project direction.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business metrics, project KPIs, and deliver concise insights to leadership.
• Work closely with internal teams to establish project objectives, scope, and data needs ensuring efficient workflows and clear communication.
• Assist in drafting data-driven business cases, comprehensive project documents, and strategic presentations.
• Identify and help implement process improvements and technology solutions, emphasizing data and AI applications.
• Maintain organized and current project records to support compliance, knowledge retention, and future use.
• Independently manage specific project elements including data analysis tasks, timeline adherence, quality oversight, and deliverable management when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline. An MBA or Master's degree in a similar field is an advantage.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, strategic roles, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills with experience in data processing, statistical analysis, and reporting.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and familiar with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders in fast-moving projects.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating complex data insights for non-technical audiences.
• Interest and some experience in digital transformation, machine learning, or AI-related technologies is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and keen to develop and contribute within a structured project management framework supporting data-driven business growth.

Languages

• Fluency in English is required.
• Additional language skills are considered a plus.
