About the Role

FST Technical Services, a nationally recognized leader in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Inspection, Testing, and Commissioning for advanced semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, and data center construction projects, is seeking an experienced Recruiter. This position is fully remote within the U.S. and offers a competitive salary of $80,000 to $85,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process for engineering and technical roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and referrals to source both active and passive candidates.
  • Screen and interview applicants to assess technical expertise, experience, and cultural compatibility with the organization.
