About the Role

FST Technical Services, a nationally recognized leader in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Inspection, Testing, and Commissioning for advanced semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, and data center construction projects, is seeking an experienced Recruiter. This position is fully remote within the U.S. and offers a competitive salary of $80,000 to $85,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire recruitment process for engineering and technical roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and referrals to source both active and passive candidates.
• Screen and interview applicants to assess technical expertise, experience, and cultural compatibility with the organization.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews, maintaining communication throughout.
• Generate and extend job offers, assist with negotiations, and support candidate acceptance.
• Manage background checks, drug testing, employment verifications, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Keep detailed recruiting records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics, monitor hiring progress, and update requisition statuses.
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting strategies and candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proven success recruiting for technical, engineering, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trade positions, including challenging roles.
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting channels.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Excellent interviewing capabilities, communication skills, and relationship management.
• Highly detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Recruiting for roles such as Commissioning Engineers, QA/QC professionals, inspectors, field engineers, and project managers.
• Familiarity with industries including data centers, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences, and industrial construction.
• Knowledge of background checks, onboarding processes, and pre-employment protocols.
• Experience recruiting for positions involving travel or project-based assignments.
