Role Overview

You will support the development and execution of novel digital health solutions by engaging in research design, participant coordination, data management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and conducting digital health studies that utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Conduct literature reviews, landscape analyses, and synthesize evidence through tasks like abstract screening and reference management.
• Develop and refine interview guides, surveys, and screening scripts under the guidance of supervisors.
• Contribute to protocol documentation including IRB submissions and initial statistical analysis plans.
• Support participant recruitment by screening eligibility, managing inquiries, and maintaining recruitment records.
• Coordinate participant schedules, handle interview logistics, send reminders, and be the main contact for routine participant questions, escalating complex issues appropriately.
• Maintain consent documentation and manage enrollment and retention logs meticulously.
• Administer structured data collection tools such as surveys and screening forms, ensuring proper data entry and integrity using databases like REDCap or CRF systems.
• Perform data quality assurance checks and assist with recording any adverse events or protocol deviations.
• Conduct semi-structured interviews with participants and stakeholders, prepare de-identified transcripts, and coordinate focus groups and advisory sessions.
• Prepare initial drafts of client-facing materials, proofs, and meeting documentation adhering to professional standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility by contributing across multiple projects including platform evaluations, regulatory strategies, and clinical studies.
• Publish research outcomes in scholarly journals, present findings at conferences, and collaborate with internal and external partners to foster knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Master’s or PhD in Public Health, Digital Health, Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in research methodologies, stakeholder engagement, statistical analysis, and digital health study design.
• Strong organizational abilities with excellent time management.
• Creative problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Effective interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of interdisciplinary teams.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to healthcare improvements through digital innovation.
