Restaurant Captain

About the Role

We are looking to hire a motivated and experienced Restaurant Captain to lead and oversee the smooth functioning of our restaurant operations while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. You will be the face of the service team, welcoming and assisting guests with professionalism and warmth.

Responsibilities

• Greet and help guests with a welcoming and courteous approach.
• Manage daily restaurant operations and supervise service staff effectively.
• Guarantee excellent customer service and overall guest satisfaction.
• Take and manage food and beverage orders efficiently while coordinating with relevant teams.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and uphold service standards consistently.
• Handle and address guest feedback with professionalism.
• Coordinate smoothly between kitchen and service team for flawless operations.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or a similar position.
• Strong leadership qualities coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and composed attitude.
• Capability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of point of sale (POS) systems and restaurant management practices.

• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
