About the Company and Position

This opportunity is with Sagara Global Logistics Pvt Ltd, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The role available is Sales Coordinator focusing on Import & Export operations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new potential clients and engage them via telephone calls, email communications, face-to-face meetings, and networking events.
Promote the company’s air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, transportation, and overall logistics services to clients.
Collaborate closely with operations and pricing departments to guarantee flawless shipment execution and service delivery.
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
