About the Role
Join Emerson Automation Solutions, specifically within the Fisher Flow Controls Business Unit of the Final Control Group, as a Sales Engineer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position involves managing assigned customers across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain with frequent client visits facilitated by remote working flexibility. We seek proactive, independent individuals passionate about delivering quality and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed yearly business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across assigned accounts.
- Utilize existing and cultivate new connections with key decision-makers to position Flow Controls as the unrivaled supplier of technology, products, services, and solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing problem-solving solutions and advancing KOB2/3 opportunities within accounts.
- Develop and manage comprehensive multi-faceted account and site plans covering all Flow Controls business units.
- Prepare and deliver growth strategies, forecasts, pricing analyses, and competitive intelligence reports.
- Collaborate closely with other Emerson divisions to maximize cross-business opportunities.
- Ensure alignment of Business Unit plans with account strategies, implementing initiatives professionally and promptly.
- Establish and maintain long-term agreements for services, turnarounds, and parts supply.
- Coordinate with the LBP Sales team to develop strategies that drive competitive displacements and upgrades.
- Ensure strict compliance with Emerson’s ethics and trade procedures in all transactions.
- Manage key performance indicators related to quotes to enhance business efficiency.
- Support and follow up on order closures for both entities and destinations.
- Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies outlined by the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience with control valves.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in power and water sectors.
- Documented proven sales track record.
- Strong background in proactive selling techniques.
- Solid knowledge of control valves and related industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong commercial acumen and business skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and articulate business value propositions.
- Knowledge of power and water processes with the ability to explain specialized control valve applications.
