About the Role

Soccer Shots - Orange County invites a motivated Scrum Master to join their expanding team remotely. This role focuses on leading agile project delivery, encouraging innovation and collaboration among teams in a dynamic environment. The Scrum Master will help teams achieve their highest potential by facilitating Agile processes and fostering continuous progress.

Responsibilities

Lead daily scrum meetings, sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach cross-functional teams on best practices within Agile and Scrum.
Identify and eliminate obstacles to ensure effective sprint execution.
Monitor and communicate team velocity, sprint status, and other Agile performance indicators.
Promote a culture centered around ongoing improvement, responsibility, and team collaboration.
Act as an intermediary among product owners, development teams, and stakeholders.
Assist the product owner in managing and enhancing the product backlog's quality.

Requirements

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.
Minimum of two years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and Kanban methodology.
Strong skills in facilitation, effective communication, and resolving conflicts.
Proficient in project management software like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
Ability to collaborate with both technical personnel and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized, self-driven, and committed to servant leadership principles.
